Position Overview

Flora Food Group is seeking a qualified and results-driven professional to join our manufacturing finance team in Cikarang Barat. This role is integral to the financial oversight and strategic support of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving cost efficiency, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics functions.

This position is open to both experienced individual contributors and professionals operating at a managerial level. A proactive mindset and willingness to engage directly with operational teams are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the manufacturing site.
  • Align financial planning with operational targets and corporate objectives.
  • Provide scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed variance analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.
  • Support internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation and reporting.

3. Cost Management and Operational Efficiency

  • Track and analyze production, logistics, and procurement costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement financial controls and process improvements.

4. Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with audit and compliance protocols.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement departments to align financial strategies with operational needs.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance stakeholders to enhance decision-making across functions.

6. Operational Engagement and Problem Solving

  • Engage directly with shop floor and operational teams to understand cost drivers and operational challenges.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to resolving financial discrepancies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
