Launch a Purpose-Driven Career with Flexibility and Growth
Take the next step toward a career where your work has a real impact. In this role, you’ll help hardworking families access essential insurance benefits they’ve already requested—no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no chasing uninterested leads.
Who We Are
For more than 70 years, American Income Life (AIL) has proudly partnered with over 40,000 unions, associations, and credit unions across North America, providing benefits to more than 5 million members.
Our mission is clear: to safeguard what matters most to working families by offering permanent benefit programs that provide long-term financial protection and peace of mind.
With a reputation built on trust, consistency, and growth, AIL has become one of the most recognized names in supplemental benefits—and a top destination for those looking to establish a lasting career.

Stay compliant by maintaining accurate records and following guidelines.
Take part in continuous training to strengthen your skills and prepare for leadership roles.
