Junior Systems Administrator
The target hiring rate for this position is $28.94.
Position Summary:
The Junior Systems Administrator ensures HR data accuracy by performing regular audits and implementing validation processes. They support the configuration, testing, and implementation of system updates, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot issues. The Administrator generates reports to support CX decision-making, helps develop dashboards, and identifies opportunities for process improvements through automation, serving as the primary contact for HRIS-related inquiries.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and consistency of HR data across all systems by performing regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Assist, develop and implement data validation processes to ensure data quality and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the configuration, testing, and implementation of new HR systems and enhancements to existing platforms.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system-related issues, escalating as needed.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights into HR metrics and support decision-making.
- Assist in developing user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing timely assistance and guidance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school or general equivalent is required, bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant work experience in human resources or similar function in lieu of education.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple projects, within an environment that is dynamic.
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
