Oversee the day-to-day operations with a focus on leading Directors of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics in full   collaboration with East Coast Operations.  This role will ensure that the team meets or exceeds client expectations, maintains projects within budget and on schedule, and drives sales growth and profitability on the East Coast.  It also involves training, creating process improvements, and providing support to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.    


Team Leadership and Development  -

Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to administrative team to foster a high-performance culture.   Implement performance management system and process to set expectations, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Oversee training and development to enhance team capabilities, skills, and competencies.  Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the department and organization.    


Collaborative Operations -

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics on scheduling, purchasing, maintaining levels of raw materials, and process improvements to align project timelines and ensure successful exhibit shipping. Effectively manage capacity reporting.


Project and Client Oversight  -

Assist in setting up timelines, next steps, and best practices for all East Coast projects.  Review post-show results/debriefs and maintain project timelines in collaboration with AMs and PMs.     


Estimation and Design -

Provide crucial support by assisting with estimation and design tasks for East Coast projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, particularly when faced with capacity constraints or the need for specialized show knowledge.      


Strategic Planning and Deployment   -

Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Effective strategic deployment and allocation of resources, including financial, human, and technological assets, to support strategic initiatives.  Implement performance measurement systems and dashboards to track performance against targets and benchmarks.  Fosters a culture of alignment, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring that all departments and teams are aligned with strategic priorities and goals.  Lead change management efforts, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and readiness for change.     


Foster a "Care of the Owner" Culture  -

Work collaboratively with all employees to foster a one-team, one-goal culture with “A Care of an Owner” attitude.   Develop close relationships between sales and marketing team members and create alignment across departments.
