This location has 100 personal care beds. Quality Life Services Mercer also has a beautiful Memory Care unit that allows our residents the feel of home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Personal Care Administrator (PCA), your primary responsibility is ensuring quality care and overseeing staff in our personal care unit
  • Ensure and enforce state regulations and requirements for a personal care facility
  • Oversee all personal care staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all care
  • Oversee resident care

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • As a Personal Care Administrator (PCA), your primary responsibility is ensuring quality care and overseeing staff in our personal care unit
  • Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
  • Personal Care Administrator (PCA) License preferred
  • Experience in skilled care, personal care, and/or long term care facilities preferred
  • Familiarity with the regulations and requirements in a personal care facility
  • Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
  • Encompass a “patient care first” mentality and instill this belief with staff
  • Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Cover personal care shifts if necessary
