Will-Mor Manufacturing is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the Defense and Aerospace Industries.
The ideal candidate will be able to supervise 20+ production employees in a CNC Machining facility. Maintain a positive working environment and coach individuals to succeed. Understand and support Will-Mor’s policies and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintains a positive, team environment relationship with employees by communicating job expectations; monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Supervise milling and Lathe employees’ cycle time, scrap/rework, and tooling issues.
- Instruct employees concerning the proper use of all types of equipment and gauges within the department.
- Check process sheets daily to ensure completeness and accuracy, before each production run.
- Work directly with the tool room to ensure jobs have proper & required fixturing.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources.
- Establishes priorities and monitors progress; revises priorities as needed.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing established organization standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: · 3-5 years of Experience in machining and setup preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a machining production environment- a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
- Other Skills (Technical, or Other special knowledge and abilities): Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and concepts, and make decisions that are sensible and based on available information.
