You Are:
- An experienced Electrical Estimator that has specialized in construction or electrical for many years. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a team along with direct client interaction. You love construction and are passionate about the creation of homes that enhance the lives of clients and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.
You Have:
- Extensive knowledge of the electrical industry with a deep understanding of materials, labor costs, and project management. Experience with estimating software and tools (e.g., Procore, Esticom, Jobber or similar). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Manager:

Your Contribution to NRG Electric:
- Cost Estimation: Analyze plans, specs, and other docs to prepare estimates for electrical projects.
- Project Analysis: Conduct site visits and work with architects, designers, subcontractors and clients to understand project requirements and specs
- Bid Preparation: Develop/issue RFPs to subcontractors and suppliers then analyze bids to ensure competitiveness and alignment
- Scope of Work: Document and create for project proposals
- Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle to communicate estimates and budget updates.
- Follow Up: Close Jobs & Maintain Relationships
What Makes You Successful:
- Strong knowledge of electrical (NEC), construction, and cost analysis
- Proficient in estimating software and tools (e.g., Procore, Esticom, Jobber or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of project timelines, customer communication, & bidding process
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Salary:
- $70k to $95k (Based on Experience)
