Must be able to motivate people, encourage to succeed.

Work with the team but keep the status to oversee.

Must be able to identify foreseeable issues/concerns. (misroutes/damages/housekeeping)

Safety is number one.  Production is number two.

Competitive natured.  Enjoys challenges.

Able to think outside of the box, think of the best solutions.

Willing to train for future advancements.

Bilingual is a plus since we have diversity on the crew.

Must have some computer experience
