Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with the organization objectives.
- Driving strategic marketing campaigns and optimizing digital experiences to enhance engagement (direct and through partners), brand visibility, and organization growth
- Identify key influencers to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor relevant discussions of migration related issues on social media.
- Provide data driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide support with IOM Brazil’s communications strategy.
- Provide overall support with research and fact-checking to produce communication material.
- Capture images in photo and video.
- Support operational processes related to communications.
- Stay abreast of new design and social media trends and delivers create and innovative ideas.
- Perform any other duties as may be needed.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related areas by an accredited university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prepare clear and concise products.
- Expertise in campaign execution, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making to create seamless and impactful digital interactions across multiple platforms
- Be an active social media user and stay up to date with the latest trends in online content.
- Knowledge in the field of migration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of graphic design is an advantage.
- Required: English (working knowledge) and Portuguese. Advantageous: Spanish
