Position Summary:
The research assistant will work with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to the research activities of the Centre for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Research, Training, and Intervention at the McGill University Health Centre. The primary role of the RA will be to recruit participants and manage a large-scale Data Bank on treatment outcomes for psychiatric outpatients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Patient recruitment for large-scale Data Bank
Administration and data entry of self-report questionnaires
Data Bank management
Contribute to REB submissions and renewals
Contribute to grant and other funding applications
Contribute to the literature reviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field. Minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience.
- Other qualifying skills & abilities:
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Nagano, SPSS, excel, REDCap software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a research team
