The responsibilities of the Resource Optimization Coordinator position:
Assist the Resource Optimization Manager in managing the work team.
Allocate tasks to the work team according to operational needs.
Complete various administrative tasks.
Collaborate in improving work procedures.
Requirements for the Resource Optimization Coordinator position:
High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Meet various safety standards required by the employer.
Known for your leadership and ability to manage manpower.
Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
Employment conditions:
40-hour schedule, rotating as needed.
