About the Role
They are seeking a results-oriented and hands-on head of quality, who is focusing quality-leadership in the worldwide markets of their brand, strategic quality management based on process improvements, and roll out quality-culture over the full team. Reporting to COO/CEO.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in quality management and leadership in German industrial manufacturing, ideally in metal fabrication, coatings, tanks, or building materials
- Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations ISO 9001; ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
- Hands-on mentality and team spirit
- High quality and safety awareness
- High personal ownership, integrity, and the ability to lead by example
Key Responsibilities
- Development of strategies, design, implementation, and maintenance of processes and systems for managing and directing an Integrated Management System for Quality
- Investigation and resolution of quality issues, response to customer complaints to ensure an optimal level of customer satisfaction.
- Analysis of system effectiveness, development of strategies for managing the internal/external audit process for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and presentation of system performance reports to the management team.
- Conducting internal audits and organizing external audits according to the company's approved audit program
- Employee development and training regarding quality awareness
- Leadership of a small team
