Manage, review, assess and train / support a caseload of learners who are based in the workplace and are currently undertaking Apprenticeships. Working with employer partners and college delivery teams to ensure that their learning experience is well co-ordinated and of a high quality, individual progress is monitored / supported, ensuring apprentices are prepared well for end point assessment and achieve their apprenticeship.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Level 2 (e.g. GCSE) English and Maths at Grade B or above.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in an engineering and or Building Services discipline. In Engineering, preferably - Machining, technical support role, Inspection or Maintenance
- Industry qualifications must include:
Apprenticeship certificate
L3 NVQ in disciplines mentioned above.
L3 City and Guilds or BTEC - Assessor to demonstrate a commitment to complete the TAQA Assessor Award within 12 month.
