Hybrid Chief Financial Officer bei Heartland Credit Union IL

Heartland Credit Union is seeking a highly innovative, motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer.  

As a key member of the Senior Management Team and reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing financial strategies that support the credit union's long-term goals, ensure sound fiscal management, and promote organizational sustainability.  The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, investments, and asset/liability management.  The ideal applicant will be a clear communicator and a decisive leader, capable of driving financial strategy and fostering collaboration.  

Qualified candidates must have proficiency with technology and a keen attention to detail.  A master's degree or a Bachelor's degree plus professional certification (CPA); and eight to ten years of similar or related experience.
