BMA is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position.
Job Summary
The Documentation Specialist will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. The Documentation Specialist will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, project managers.

Create Documentation: Write user manuals, how-to guides, and reference documents that are easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Edit and Update: Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.

Research: Investigate and understand complex technical information to present it in a user-friendly manner.

Required Skills & Certifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in documentation tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills & Certifications

Familiarity with software development processes and tools.

Ability to create infographics and visual aids to enhance documentation.

Understanding of AI.
