Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies

  • Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes

  • Reviews Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals

  • Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture

  • Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch

  • Ensures that all local, legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment are fulfilled

  • Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training

  • Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase individual and team understanding and capability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI) and statistical methods for process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of KPI systems and performance monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance standards.
