Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Walmart team in our office in Bentonville, AR. Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Performance Analysis
- Analyze and report on key vendor performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Ensure alignment with internal goals and client objectives
- Forecast Ownership
- Develop, manage, and refine forecasting processes
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning
- Omni Process Ownership
- Drive omni-channel processes across digital and in-store operations
- Vendor & Item Management
- Own claims and defectives as needed
- Reporting & Client Support
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights
- Provide data-supported recommendations and respond to buyer/supplier requests
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of program agreements, pricing, item/order status, and planning updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align timelines and supplier onboarding processes
- Guide and support clients through Walmart systems and process best practices
- Quote Management
- Manage QMS and Supplier Quote processes (Import) to support Sales and client needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, retail operations, or vendor management—Walmart or CPG experience preferred
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools a plus
- Familiarity with Walmart platforms: Retail Link, Item 360, QMS, PLM, Bamboo Rose
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
