Compensation Range: $100,000 to $ 130,000

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Washington is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts Department.

The ideal candidate must have prior high-line automotive experience and be able to achieve objectives by following proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, and pricing, all while maintaining the highest ethical and accuracy standards

Who are we looking for? 

• Prior High-line Fix Ops Experience a plus! 
• Proven track record of success 
• Ability to lead a team to achieve targeted results 
• CDK Experience Must
• Ability to collaborate with Service Manager and other management 
• Strong communication skills
