Austin Country Club, one of Texas's most prestigious private clubs, is seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented full-time Ladies Locker Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Austin, TX. In this country club role, you will play a key part in creating an elegant and welcoming environment while providing impeccable service.

THE BASICS

Pay: This full-time Ladies Locker Room Attendant position pays $20 per hour.

Schedule: This country club hospitality position is full-time, with flexibility depending on reservations and member use. Saturday and Sunday shifts will alternate from week to week. The typical schedule will be:

• Tuesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Wednesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Thursday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Friday: 12 PM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM (with permission to leave at 4 PM if no reservations are scheduled) OR Sunday: 12 PM – 7 PM

YOUR DAY AS A LADIES LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT

As a Ladies Locker Room Attendant, your day will begin by ensuring the space is spotless, fully stocked, and thoughtfully prepared for member activities. You will greet members and guests warmly, offer assistance with lockers and special requests, and create a polished and welcoming environment. Throughout the day, you will provide attentive food and beverage service, which will include taking orders, entering them into the POS system, picking up food items from the kitchen, delivering them promptly, and preparing and serving cocktails and beverages as requested. You will maintain refreshment stations and keep snacks and drinks replenished and attractively displayed. You will also coordinate table reservations and set up spaces for activities such as card games, mahjong, and stitching groups, ensuring tables and lounge areas are arranged to meet member preferences.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A LADIES' LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT

• Experience in hospitality, especially in luxury environments such as private clubs, hotels, or spas
• Food and beverage service experience
• Valid TABC certification and current Texas Food Handlers Certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a dynamic social setting
• Professionalism, discretion, and respect for member privacy
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, balance food service trays, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform light cleaning duties

Light bartending or cocktail knowledge strongly preferred.
