What You Will Do 

  • Product Strategy: Drive global product strategy from concept to launch, collaborating with marketing teams to execute winning business plans.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the complete product lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from development to market success.
  • Technical Excellence: Serve as the go-to product expert, creating compelling technical collateral and empowering sales teams with cutting-edge tools and training.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive analysis to identify opportunities, assess market dynamics, and develop winning value proposition.
  • Sales and Operations Planning: Shape pricing strategies, forecast demand, optimize inventory, and influence manufacturing decisions that drive profitability.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion customer needs by translating feedback into actionable insights that fuel product innovation and satisfaction.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in technical or business field required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience: 2-4 years in related role. 
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work quickly and accurately with data and excel.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to interpret customer feedback and develop product plans.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of product specifications and standards.
  • Problem Solving Mindset: Ability to solve issues independently.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
