Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking skilled seeking skilled Painters to join our manufacturing shop in High Point, North Carolina.

Schedule: 4:00pm-2:30am with OT as necessary

Location: High Point, NC

Responsibilities:

• Prepare paint surfaces
• Mix paint
• Follow all EAS safety policies and procedures
• Roll/brush paint on structural steel
• Caulk as needed

Education Requirements/Qualifications:

• Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required
• High School Diploma or GED or related experience in Industrial or Auto Body Painting as determined by the plant manager

Job Requirements/Special Skills:

• Auto Body painting experience a plus
• Bondo/Repair experience a plus
• Good verbal communication skills with employees
• Positive attitude
• Open minded with a vision for continuous improvement
• Ability to take on more responsibility as the business grows
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
