Aerometals is looking to add the following position:

Sheet Metal Fabricator

Pay range: $26 - $32 hourly

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

• Operate and set up press brake with precision and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Follow traveler, drawing, and specification requirements pertaining to fabrication operations.
• Perform various fabrication methods such as forming, riveting, CNC punch, CNC brake, manual brake, shearing, bending, grinding, and flaring.
• Demonstrate ability to interpret mylars.
• Perform any other duties as required by the organization.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: High school diploma

Skills:

• Mechanically inclined and safety conscious.
• Ability to utilize tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Experience: 5+ years in sheet metal manufacturing

Training: On the job training.
