This role is critical to our Devens Manufacturing Facility, ensuring that every incoming product meets our high standards.

We’re building a world-class operation, and we need sharp eyes and a quality-first mindset to get us there!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspect Like a Pro – Ensure all value stream products meet our quality standards.
Follow the Rules – Comply with health, safety, and company policies.
Perform In-Process Inspections – Keep a close eye on production and document results.
Keep Records Spot-On – Maintain and review Quality documentation with accuracy.
Use Precision Tools – Handle measurement instruments like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Solve Problems – Help resolve non-conforming material issues and support corrective actions.
Check Packaging & Labels – Ensure every product is properly marked and ready for action.
Support Continuous Improvement – Assist in EHS programs, audits, and training to drive excellence.

✔ Experience with ISO standards – A plus but not required.
✔ Physical ability – Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
✔ Willingness to work overtime – When quality calls, you’re ready to answer!
