About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Maintenance is responsible for ensuring that company aircraft are maintained in accordance with the Airworthiness Standards prescribed by applicable Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, and Operator’s Op Specs. Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for aircraft maintenance.
- Provides planning, management, and oversight of the maintenance of the company
aircraft. - Provides aircraft technical support, maintenance planning of daily, short term, and
long-term planning of all maintenance activity.
Responsible for accuracy of a Cescom activity as well as TAP and ProParts programs. - Oversees the management of the aircraft maintenance activities both internal and
with qualified 145 repair stations. - Responsible for a thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, the General
Maintenance Manual, the Operations Manual, and Operations Specifications. - Responsible for all aviation related facilities.
- Maintains hangar and associated areas to superior operational standards.
- Ensures exceptional readiness standards for all aircraft and associated critical
equipment. - Maintains security in alignment with both FARs as well as INDN policy.
Who We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Prior FAA Part 145 Repair Station and Part 135 Air Carrier experience required. Must have current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate with 5 years’ experience with corporate jet aircraft. Must have factory level maintenance training and experience on a CJ3. Must have FAA Inspection Authorization certificate. Must remain eligible with current 135 operator for duties as Mechanic under operator’s Op Specs at all times. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

- Ability to work flexible hours on a regular basis
