SUMMARY  We are building the foundation for delivering excellence at scale in Digital Technology, and we are seeking a Manager, Digital Technology Operations to lead core functions that enable our Product and Technology teams.This leader will be responsible for managing and growing our business analysis and scrum master , which include strategy, staffing, team development, and consulting partnerships to ensure we have skills for the current projects and the talent pipeline for future needs.   You will also work closely with our Product and Engineering leaders to ensure our teams are delivering on priorities with agility, quality, and a strong sense of ownership.   The leader will collaborate with the Technology & Data PMO to align practices and promote consistency across the technology community.          The role requires strong operational and people leadership skills, and a person who thrives in building a collaborative environment that delivers results aligned to our core values of Humility, Ownership, Meaningful Connection, and Expertise.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Leadership & People ManagementLead, coach, and develop Business Analysts and Scrum MastersFoster an inclusive, growth-oriented culture grounded in collaboration and accountabilityChampion our HOME values in all aspects of leadership and team developmentPractice Development & Operational ExcellenceEvolve and steward of our Agile Center of Excellence to ensure consistent, effective practices across teamsLead the Scrum Master Practice — defining standards, facilitating community of practice, and promoting high-quality Agile deliveryLead the Business Analyst Practice — defining standards, driving quality in requirements, and coaching BAs on effective collaboration with Product Owners and EngineeringPartner with Product Managers and Technology & Data PMO  to continuously refine and operate our Product Operating Model — including Initiative governance, quarterly planning, and team capacity modelsOperational & Financial ManagementOversee expense & capital budgetsAlign staffing levels and skillsets with product team needs through demand and capacity managementBuild strategic relationships with key contract partners to flex capacity as neededServe as a trusted advisor to Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholdersDrive operational improvements that enable our product teams to focus on delivering business outcomesBenchmark practices externally to inspire innovation and continuous improvementQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS  Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred)Minimum of 5 years in operational leadership experience in Agile product environmentsProven strategic thinking and strong analytical skillsDemonstrated success in building high-performance teamExcellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skillsCustomer-first mindsetCOMPENSATION Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $121,804 per year to $188,796 per year.
