Key Responsibilities:

• Groom dogs (and occasionally cats!) according to breed-specific styles.
• Detangle, remove mats, and care for pet coats with precision and care.
• Conduct checks for parasites and skin conditions to ensure pet health.
• Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal sac expression.
• Brush teeth and ensure overall pet comfort during grooming sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Mobility to move between grooming areas and stand for extended periods.
• Skills and Abilities: You’re independent and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the flexibility to work well in a team. *grooming experience required*

Compensation:

• Commission-Based Pay: Earn between 40% to 60% commission based on your experience.
