What You'll Do
- Perform various finishing tasks, including inspecting parts for quality, color, and dimensions.
- Ensure all products meet our "Zero Defects" goal by following item specifications and check sheets.
- Collaborate with the finishing supervisor and team to address any quality issues.
- Complete necessary paperwork and communicate with material handlers to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following daily housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Help foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety, making our workplace efficient and enjoyable.
