We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Foreman to support our foundation repair operations. The Assistant Foreman will work closely with the Foreman to ensure the efficient execution of foundation repair projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Will I Be Doing?
- Assist the Foreman in leading and supervising the foundation repair crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with the Foreman to conduct on-site inspections, assess foundation issues, and develop effective repair strategies.
- Participate in the implementation of various foundation repair techniques and equipment operation, including but not limited to hydraulic jacks, piers, and stabilizers.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and team members to communicate project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide hands-on assistance to the crew as needed, including performing manual labor, operating machinery, and assisting with technical tasks.
- Support the training and development of crew members on proper repair techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship, addressing any deviations or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs.
- Help enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with the Foreman to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team.
Requirements
Do I Have What it Takes?
- Previous experience in foundation repair or related construction field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team effectively.
- Basic knowledge of foundation repair techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
