Day shift - no nights, no weekends!
**HVAC climate-controlled facility**
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate manual production machines
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Feed raw material through machines
- Straighten, trim and identify drawn tubing using hand tools, small spinning lathes and wet cut off saw
- Set up and operate melting furnaces
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Maintain activity logs
- Maintain clean safe work area
Requirements:
- Experience working in a manufacturing production setting
- Machine operator experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times throughout shift
- Able to stand, walk and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand and speak English
- Manual dexterity
- Visual acuity
This role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves walking, standing, and occasional lifting of materials.
