Job Title: Tool Crib Inventory Forklift Specialist

Position Summary

The Tool Crib Forklift Specialist is responsible for all Tool Crib activities that involve the forklift, oil warehouses, and performing audits. This role ensures that all activities comply with ANC standards and regulations. Furthermore, this position also guarantees compliance with handling materials connected to ISO 14001 and all other environmental standards.

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Unload all tool crib deliveries (freight, etc.) and move to warehouse location when received.
• Pull Kuradashi, walk-up oil orders, and deliver to correct spot in manufacturing.
• Perform inventory controls and audits – daily cycle counts.
• Use FIFO when stocking, transferring, and issuing.
• Deliver warehouse 1 orders to the requested locations.
• Maintain the empty copper spools/pallets by stacking and wrapping them for pickup.
• Be familiar with the process for handling an oil spill – who to call, etc.
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all appliable regulations.
• Drive Box truck between Durham warehouse and Creedmoor warehouse for part pick up.
• Maintain and reorganize Creedmoor warehouse and Oil Buildings.
• Oil houses – restock shelves when needed by transferring pails/chemicals to stocking location.
• Equipment – Upkeep – battery charging.

Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with computer software systems and inventory control systems.
• Able to do heavy lifting.
• Familiar with ISO14001 Standards and related ANC policies and procedures.
• Must be a Level IV.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid attention to detail with quick response to issues.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trained and possesses current forklift operator license
