Summary:

We currently have National Account Technical Sales Representative position open for talented individuals who want to be part of the dynamic commercial structural frame industry. We are hiring for the National Accounts team based out of our Delaware, OH facility.

The National Accounts team provides RedBuilt™ commercial structural frame products and services across North America at consistent prices to the brand owner/franchisee in an organized, responsive and flexible manner that enable the customer to always meet their construction schedule.

This role performs functions at the project level for pre-assigned National Account customers who build projects across the country. Also performs order processing functions including submitting orders to engineering and manufacturing. Services as the primary contact for all internal and external customers inquiries on specific National Account projects under construction. Technical Sales Representatives are the customer-facing associates on a sales team anchored in integrity and enthusiasm. As you develop opportunities for RedBuilt, you will make long-lasting relationships in the commercial construction segment and play and integral role in projects over the entire construction cycle.

Essential Functions:

  • Sell program-based projects to GC’s and corporate offices across North America
  • Work with architects and engineers to specify efficient structural framing systems that align with brand development programs
  • Process site-adapt projects using both Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite platforms
  • Assist in delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Preparing consistent project bids
  • Negotiating and closing a valued project framing system

Skills and Qualifications:

Our Technical Sales Representatives are highly regarded and respected by our customers as knowledgeable advisors. They are passionate about the construction industry and have a knack for designing structural systems—something valued by specifiers, contractors, and building owners alike. They are excellent communicators and can accurately convey building concepts and ideas. They love challenges and are highly motivated. Technical Sales Representatives are creative thinkers with strong problem-solving skills who go to great lengths to care for our customers. They consistently utilize all available tools and technologies at their disposal. They are simultaneously self-motivated and team oriented. Many have degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
