Hybrid Warehouse Clerk bei BWT Logistics

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team and contribute to our operational success.

Position Overview:

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring the smooth flow of office to floor.  You'll be responsible for tasks that keep our office and warehouse running efficiently and our customers satisfied.
 

Responsibilities: 

•  Communicate with Leads/Supervisor when drivers arrive.
• Ensure shipments/documents are completed 
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices.
• Assist in office management and organization procedures.
• Check in and check out drivers for all inbound/outbound transactions.
• Email management documentation of inbound and outbound loads.
• Create shipment documentation necessary to receive and ship out loads.
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven experience using SAP in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 PPE Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.

 Schedule: 

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm 

Benefits and Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
• Benefits available after 90 days, including health insurance, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits.
