Position Duties
- Vendor management.
- Coordination of solicitation releases.
- Performs final review of all purchase requisitions and creates purchase orders.
- Handle highly sensitive information and confidential records.
- Manage the cooperative contract analysis process.
- Be familiar with the college procurement policies and procedures.
- Directly participate in the annual audit process, as needed.
- Assist college employees on systems and processes as needed.
- Attend meetings and participate on committees as assigned.
- Perform other tasks of a similar nature or level as assigned.
- Adhere to college, federal and state administrative procedures, guidelines, initiatives and directives to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations affecting college operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Any combination of education, training, and experience that results in possession of skills, knowledge and behaviors required to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Associates Degree and two or more years in a detail-oriented setting.
- 1 year of procurement experience.
