Job Purpose:

The Kind of Person Who Notices When the Small Things Aren’t Quite Right? Let’s Talk.
You’re the type who knows when a pallet looks off or when something’s out of place on a shelf — and you fix it before anyone else even notices. You like order, accuracy, and keeping things moving smoothly. At Wisenbaker, those instincts aren’t just helpful — they’re essential.

As an Inventory Associate, you’ll be at the heart of how our warehouse runs: keeping inventory precise, deliveries on time, and spaces safe and organized. You’ll make sure materials are right where they need to be — physically and in the system — so that our teams can keep building and creating without missing a beat.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and transfer supplies, making sure they get where they need to go.

  • Unload deliveries, check packing slips, label items, and stock them properly.

  • Keep inventory accurate — cycle counts, data entry, and reconciling variances are all in your wheelhouse.

  • Maintain a safe, clean warehouse: organized shelves, tidy pallets, neat workstations.

  • Support material sales from the cage and help track Made-to-Stock goods.

  • Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

What You Bring

  • Solid coordination and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with inventory control, reporting, and data entry.

  • A knack for organization and equipment maintenance.

  • Dependability — your team can count on you to follow through.
