About the Role:
Reporting into the North American Operating Planning Manager, you will support the North America Operating Planning function in the interactions with the Plant Operating Planning team. Additionally, you will aid in the preservation of the accountability at local level based on the operating planning horizon, as well as establishing a standardized Governance across the factories within the Area. Besides, you will lead, together with the NAM Operating Planning Manager, the Seasonal Control Tower initiative.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support the effective & correct governance of overall operating planning process
• You will be primary contact for Plant Operating Planning teams for factories and Supply Planning within the Area (NAM)
• Acts as key “focal point” on the planning of seasonal interacting with the responsible of the seasonal documentation and activity management.
• Acts as the first point of contact for the local Operating planner Teams to support the tradeoff management between service and cost/ efficiency – escalating to the Area Operating in case of criticalities (not day-by-day) – specifically for FerValue factories
• Regularly meets with the Local Supply Chains (incl. SC Supply Planning) to guarantee the proper communication flow and awareness of the Markets related to issues and opportunities
• Acts as key “focal point” on the planning of seasonal interacting with the responsible of the seasonal documentation and activity management
• Provide analysis on the Area’s plants’ performance according to the identified KPIs with regards to the production planning for the operative horizon
• Manage the Destruction process across the North American factories, tracking the evolution of the figures and standardizing the process in all plants
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Material Management and/or other Supply Chain processes
• Global Supply Chain & Plant Operation knowledge; S&OP process knowledge
• Power BI, Excel, SAP, Data mining, Analytics, KPI Reporting, and Insights experience
Compensation Data
The base salary range for this position is $81,188 - $108,250 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
