Hybrid Sales & Customer Support Specialist
Furniture Connection Clearance Center

Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? Furniture Connection Clearance Center is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Hybrid Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in our clearance center, helping them find the perfect furniture at the best value
   
• Support customers through the entire sales process—from first hello to delivery follow-up
   
• Answer questions, handle service inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism
   
• Work closely with our team to meet and exceed sales goals
   
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure a welcoming shopping environment

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Schedule:

• Full-time, 5-day work week
   
• Mandatory weekends (our busiest and most rewarding days!)
   

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting base pay: $11/hour
   
• 3% commission on all delivered sales
   
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, customer-focused personality
   
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
   
• Ability to balance sales goals with excellent service
   
• Weekend availability required
   
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
   
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
