We’re currently looking for a Temporary Nanny in Charlotte, North Carolina 28269
A lovely family in Highland Creek is seeking a Temporary Nanny for their 8 week old infant. Care will be needed from August 25th until September 27th each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am to 3pm.
The family’s ideal candidate will be reliable, caring, and engaging with a passion for childcare. Familiarity with important developmental milestones is a huge plus, as well as the ability to find creative ways to help reach them!

- Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday: 9am - 3pm
- August 25th through September 27th
- $20 per hour
Responsibilities
- All aspects of infant care and monitoring for 1 child
- Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities to support infant milestones
- Bottle and some food prep for baby
- Maintain child's schedules and routines as set by parents
- Communicate effectively with parent regarding child's daily activities, progress, and concerns that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children - help with light housework such as baby's dishes, bottles, laundry, and organizing toys
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2+ years of paid, professional infant care experience
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
- Infant CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Has valid driver’s license or ID
- Must have reliable transportation
- Up-to-date on all related vaccinations
- Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
- Must be comfortable with family’s three friendly dogs
Compensation
Position pays $20 per hour and client is looking for 18 hours per week, short-term.
