Hybrid Business Analyst bei ITnova

ITnova is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions through requirements gathering and analysis.

Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Support system design, testing, and implementation.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.
• Develop reports, models, and workflow documentation.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Preferred Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.

General Experience: Six (6) years of IT or business process experience.

Specialized Experience:

• Four (4) years as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
• Experience with requirements management tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
