A day in the life:
In the role of Facilities Lead at Monster Energy, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, driving excellence and innovation every step of the way. Your mission is to empower and inspire your team by setting ambitious goals and providing the support and resources they need to exceed expectations. You'll tackle challenges head-on, turning obstacles into opportunities, and collaborate with your team to craft creative, effective solutions that enhance our operations. The impact you'll make:
- Monitor all building conditions, ensure the facility is always ready for inspection and all repairs and improvements are made in a timely and proficient manner.
- Support facilities management and oversee the facility in areas of facilities maintenance, day-to-day operations, building condition, general upkeep, janitorial, housekeeping.
- Manage employees and vendors by assisting with duties and overseeing the work of contractors to ensure facilities maintenance needs are met.
- Audit employee locations for accurate seating records. Process employee updates promptly and accurately.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, construction
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC, building codes, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Computer Skills Desired: Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Intermediate SAP skills preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and meet the Company’s driving insurability requirements.
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Familiar with building codes and design principals of
architectural, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and mechanical systems.

This position has an estimated base salary of $23.00 - $29.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
