As part of this commitment, we are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the evolution of our Berkadia Way culture. This role will focus on owning the learning experience, continuously evolving the education of the Berkadia Way for our employees, and coaching leaders to integrate these principles into their teams and leadership styles. The successful candidate will facilitate Berkadia Way experiences, manage the learning experiences, and integrate Berkadia Way concepts into related professional development and leadership materials.
We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will oversee:
Cultural Integration & Adoption
- Drive the adoption and integration of Berkadia Way principles across the organization.
- Enhance leadership effectiveness by embedding Berkadia Way concepts into leadership practices and team dynamics.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and senior leaders to identify opportunities for cultural enhancement and performance improvement.
- Develop and share success stories that illustrate the application of Berkadia Way principles.
- Translate core Berkadia Way concepts into everyday applications to ensure they are embedded in daily work practices and decision-making processes.
Learning Experience & Program Management
- Oversee the design and delivery of learning experiences that deepen employees' understanding and application of Berkadia Way concepts.
- Utilize adult learning principles and learner-centered design to create impactful educational programs.
- Create unique learning experiences that integrate Berkadia Way concepts into employees' ways of working.
- Develop programs that build skills related to Berkadia Way, enabling an outward mindset among employees.
- Partner with the Leadership and Talent Director to develop and facilitate manager workshops and programs.
- Ensure all learning programs align and reinforce Berkadia Way concepts.
Facilitation & Advising
- Lead and model best practices in facilitation to ensure engagement and connection to Berkadia Way programming.
- Conduct "train the trainer" sessions to empower others to deliver Berkadia Way content effectively.
- Facilitate foundational Berkadia Way programs and leadership training sessions.
- Advise managers on incorporating Berkadia Way principles into their practices and team culture. Support managers in leading high-performing, collaborative teams through small group discussions and application exercises.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and enhance Berkadia Way programming.
- Collaborate with the SVP Berkadia Way and L&D team to innovate and expand the content library and resources.
- Stay informed of the latest adult learning research and trends to incorporate into program design.
- Propose and implement new approaches to maintain momentum in cultural change initiatives.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Maintain a deep understanding of Berkadia Way concepts and their application within the organization.
- Continuously develop expertise in leadership and team dynamics to effectively coach and support leaders.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Work Location & Travel Expectations
- Moderate domestic travel required (20-50%)
- This role may be required to be onsite within a Berkadia office or designated location periodically at the request of the manager for training, meetings or events.

- Proven experience in cultural change management, learning and development, or a related field.
- Ability to adhere to Berkadia’s policies and exhibit proficiency and understanding of Berkadia’s Values and position-specific skills.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Excellent program management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for fostering a high-performing, inclusive organizational culture.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4-10 years of experience in a similar position.
