PleasureLand RV Center is the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest. We have been ensuring customer satisfaction and helping people select the right RV for their needs since 1971. We are currently hiring for an Orientation Specialist. As an Orientation Specialist, you will be the liaison between sales and service ensuring that every customer purchasing an RV from us has a fun and educational buying experience, equipping them for their new adventures!

Essential Job Functions:

• To ensure customers understand how to properly use and maintain their camper so they feel safe and confident when they take it out on their own.
• To recommend products that will enhance the customer's camping experiences.
• To build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and industry leading product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

This is a competitive hourly position (DOE) plus a commission on parts sold. The work days for this position are Monday through Friday. An occasional Saturday may be required. The work hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm and the work environment are both indoors and outdoors year round.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be knowledgeable in all operations and functions of RV’s and its various equipment.
• Must have experience in operating an RV
• Mechanical and tool skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Knowledge in gas and diesel chassis and generators preferred
• Knowledge in LP and AC/DC appliances preferred
• Good communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal
• Ability to problem solve
• Self motivated
• Must be flexible – able to adjust one’s schedule to fit the needs of customers
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be very organized
