NSF is seeking a Project Managers to join our Food Equipment team. This person would work closely between our internal teams at NSF and some external clients as a Liaison and Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure laboratory testing projects are completed on time
  • Quickly and accurately resolve open issues by collaborating with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Provide outstanding service as the client’s single point of contact
  • Manage the client interface for both internal and external clients, offering timely updates and prompt responses
  • Provide client feedback to laboratory management
  • Determine and communicate testing priorities to the lab
  • Suggest and support process improvements
  • Support the launch of new service offerings or other initiatives
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Utilize and update internal laboratory and customer relationship management systems
  • Comply with all NSF regulations and requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: appropriate 4-year degree
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience working with diverse clients including technical, commercial, administrative, and managerial personnel
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers
  • Experience developing or tracking customer satisfaction elements
  • Knowledge of laboratory testing and technical understanding of common microbiology, chemistry, or physical engineering tests
  • Experience with process mapping and/or developing new workflows with internal teams
  • Clear written communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented precision is required
