Position Summary:
Allegacy is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Campaign Management Lead to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels. This role will be responsible for translating strategic briefs into compelling, multi-touchpoint campaigns that drive member engagement, acquisition, and product adoption.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of creative vision, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making and hands-on ability to ensure campaigns are effective, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Design and deliver integrated, multi-touchpoint campaigns that align with strategic briefs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Line of Business, Sales, and Marketing partners to ensure campaigns support business goals and member needs.
- Develop creative project briefs that clearly define campaign goals, key benefits, proof points, and success metrics.
Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution of channels (email, direct mail, TV, Radio, in-branch, etc.).
- Guide members through a dynamic purchase funnel by meeting them where they are and motivating action at each stage.
- Produce compelling creative assets for all touchpoints and maintain a ready-to-use content library.
- Ensure cohesive, high-quality branding and messaging across all campaign materials.
Channel & Content Management
- Oversee channel strategy and media planning to ensure optimal reach and performance.
- Partner with internal and external creative resources to develop content that resonates with target audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Leverage market research, member insights, and performance analytics to refine campaigns and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Digital, Analytics, and Member Experience teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing campaign development and execution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
- Strong creative judgment and experience producing high-quality marketing content.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, credit unions, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Campaign Strategy, Analytics).
