Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Operates a lift truck by driving backwards and twisting to be able to look in the direction of
travel.
• Moves levers and controls that operate forklifts.
• Manually loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices.
• Removes product from boxes and/or containers.
• Repairs and services all product brought to service and repair area using a wide range of
hand tools, power tools and vibratory tools.
• Understands the fundamentals of electricity and schematics.
• Manages assigned inventory.
• Repackages appliances in boxes or cartons.
• Uses scanning devise and computer as needed to perform tasks.
• Accepts remote dispatching through computer.
• Completes reports and documentations as needed.
• Meets productivity and efficiency goals as established.
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through the deliverance of high-quality
service.
• Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
• Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
• Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience: Two years appliance repair or related experience.
• Computer Skills: Basic scanner technology.
• Certificates & Licenses: CFC certified; Valid State Driver’s License; Forklift Certification
