Right now, we are looking for a Logistics Lead to assist in overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet delivery schedules, maintain key KPI’s such as on time pick up/delivery, and uphold service quality standards with external vendors in conjunction with managed services partner.

What you'll do:  

  • Assist with planning and managing inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics with business needs.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management.
  • Train staff on logistics procedures and best practices.
 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives (preferred).
