Hiring a Referral and Relationship Coordinator to join our growing team in Fullerton, CA!

Children and adults with behavioral needs deserve empathetic and functional ABA support from dedicated professionals. Patterns is a center-based, in-home, and school provider of behavioral services to families with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. We are currently expanding our services and are looking for career-minded, experienced ABA Superheroes to join our team. YOUR VALUED ROLE

Provide excellent customer service to families, providers (both internal and external) and funding sources, to promote and communicate the Patterns values and services. The RRC promotes the Patterns brand, mission, and values by building and maintaining meaningful relationships with current and future clients, referring providers, community agencies, and funding sources. The RRC will strategically and actively identify ways to engage with potential referral sources within our clinics areas to further connect families with needed and available services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for referrals; review and respond to referrals incoming from the website or other sources
  • Connect incoming referrals to either the local CD or payor relations manager; assist with intake paperwork as needed
  • Schedule initial assessment with CD (if CD approves).
  • Create initial schedule once contract is received to ensure full utilization(with the clinics approval)
  • Identify community groups in need of applicable services; place of worship, daycares, schools
  • Facilitate provider meetings, in partnership with the clinical team, to discuss ABA services
  • Partner with clinical team, as needed, to schedule meet and greets, trainings and demonstrations
  • Identify and engage in online ABA groups, which can serve as a way to connect families to services
  • Maintain a log of all communication, marketing and outreach efforts
  • Maintain relationships with referral sources and stay knowledgeable of the communities in which Patterns and our partners serve.
  • Track referrals daily by clinic and by referral source
  • Maintain waitlists for all clinical locations, in partnership with the CD
  • Create thorough local resource list (in conjunction with Marketing Coordinator) with continuous development and updated communication logs
  • Assist in clerical support, as needed
  • Creates a compassionate and efficient culture that enables serving as many clients as possible, while remaining profitable
  • Completes work accurately and timely, meeting deadlines
  • Maintains positive, productive, and collaborative working relationships with staff, clinical team and management
  • Maintains a respectful and integral working environment
  • Maintains confidentiality of PHI and other privileged information
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Experience or interest working with individuals with disabilities
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient in reading and mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with electronic devices, ie tablets, cell phones, computers
  • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and self-manage

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
