VIC the PICC ("VTP") is a specialized healthcare provider focused on vascular access consulting services to acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home healthcare. We provide vascular access device insertion services, post access support services including declotting, line removal, port access and venous access troubleshooting. VTP also provides continuing education, precepting and other educational support to clinical team members and customers.

As a Supply Clerk at VIC the PICC, you will play an important role in ensuring our nurses have the supplies, equipment, and vehicles they need to provide exceptional patient care. You’ll manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and oversee fleet operations while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our office in Lodi, CA. The role requires a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Equipment Control

  • Monitor and manage company inventory.
  • Place weekly supply orders based on inventory needs.
  • Package and ship new employee medical supplies and company equipment.
  • Maintain ERP inventory control system.
  • Manage shipping and receiving, including visits to post office and FedEx as needed.
  • Oversee medical equipment in/out processes and provide basic troubleshooting support.
  • Assist department lead in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Verify that all inventory transactions follow company procedures.
  • Identify root causes of transaction errors and help resolve accuracy issues.
  • Ensure daily orders are processed and shipped by the 1 p.m. deadline.

Equipment & Vehicle Control

  • Administer fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and records.
  • Manage FasTrak passes and gas cards for nursing staff.
  • Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles, insurance, licensing, registration, and required filings.
  • Support safety training and communication programs related to fleet operations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and fleet-specific regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior administrative experience in a medical environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes efficiently.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek out additional tasks when available.
  • Dependable team player with a positive attitude.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • On-site role at our headquarters in Lodi, CA.

Compensation is based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Hourly Pay Range
$20$21 USD
