Florida Window & Door, the premier provider of Hurricane Impact Windows and Doors, is seeking driven, persuasive, and tech-savvy Inside Sales Coordinators to join our growing team.

In this role, you are not just scheduling — you are selling the value of meeting with us. You will engage with homeowners who have requested a FREE estimate and use your communication skills, confidence, and sales instincts to qualify prospects, build urgency, and secure firm appointments for our outside sales representatives.

What You’ll Do

• Call leads from recent and past inquiries — every conversation is a chance to sell the appointment.
• Follow a provided script with clarity and confidence.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with homeowners for our sales team.
• Build excitement, overcome objections, and create urgency.
• Use multiple software platforms & keep accurate CRM notes.
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly appointment goals.

Requirements

• Inside sales or call center experience preferred (appointment setting, telemarketing, or high-volume phone sales a plus).
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.

• Strong persuasion skills with the ability to confidently “sell yourself” and build rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy, fast learner — Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented — thrives on hitting and exceeding metrics.
• Clear and engaging phone presence with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive culture.
