• Supervise and support HVAC technicians in service, maintenance, and installation work

• Coordinate daily schedules, dispatching, and job assignments to maximize productivity

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies

• Provide technical guidance and training to team members to promote skill development

• Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and cost control

• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top HVAC talent

🎓 Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC service and installation, with leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong technical knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Familiarity with HVAC codes, EPA regulations, and safety protocols
