Job Description:

Practice Manager - Indian Trail NC 28079 - $75,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

As a Practice Manager, you will ensure the efficient running of a fast-paced dental office and lead a successful team that consistently meets and exceeds patient, practice and the organization’s expectations. Here's what you'll do:

• Lead and develop administrative and clinical teams

• Manage schedules, payroll, and HR processes

• Ensuring an exceptional patient experience

• Overseeing billing, collections, and insurance processing

• Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations

• Managing budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships

• Supporting treatment plan presentations and case acceptance when necessary

• Driving marketing efforts and patient growth initiatives

• Ensure that the practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern.

Qualifications:

• H.S. diploma with a College degree or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of two years dental experience in a management role.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.
• Proficiency with computer and dental software.
